Retension Pharmaceuticals (RTSN) shares were down more than 11% in Friday trading after the company began trading on Nasdaq.
The shares were trading at $10.64 after opening at $10 and reaching a high of $11.60.
The company priced its initial public offering at $12 per share, expecting to raise $45 million in gross proceeds. The offering is expected to close Tuesday, Retension said late Thursday.
