OKP Holdings' (SGX:5CF) wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors, has completed the acquisition of a property in Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Singapore, from Crown Beverage Cans for SG$21 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore stock exchange.

The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Friday's trade.

The property is held under a 30-year lease from Jurong Town Corporation, which started on May 1, 2024.

The group plans to use the property for its own operations and to house its workers, the statement said.
