Datang International Contributes Further Capital to Nuclear Power Unit

Datang International Power Generation (HKG:0991, SHA:601991) agreed to make a further capital contribution of 627.7 million yuan to China Datang Corporation Nuclear Power.
The company's controlling shareholder China Datang also agreed to contribute a further 941.6 million yuan of capital to China Datang Nuclear Power.
Following completion, the two parties' total shareholding in China Datang Nuclear Power will remain at 40% and 60%, respectively.
China Datang Nuclear Power was formed in October 2013 and engages mainly in technology development, project investment, technical services, and management in the nuclear power and relevant niches.
