Vividthree Holdings to Operate *SCAPE Livehouse, Music Studio Venues

Vividthree Holdings (SGX:OMK) unit, Vividthree Productions, signed an agreement with *SCAPE and mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) to act as an approved operator of the Livehouse Venue and Music Studio Venue at *SCAPE, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The visual effects and digital entertainment company said the agreement formalizes an initial deal under an agreement between SCAPE and mm2, following a binding term sheet.
Under the agreement, Vividthree will assume direct responsibility for obligations linked to its operator role, including operational, licensing, safety, insurance, maintenance, reporting and key performance indicator requirements.
