New Silkroad Unit Enter KRW5 Billion Acquisition, Subscription Contracts

New Silkroad Holding Group (HKG:0472) unit KSR entered into three agreements to acquire and subscribe for stake in two companies worth roughly 5 billion won.

Korea-incorporated KSR will purchase 224,164, or 2.67%, shares in i-Aurora from Culture Monster for 2 billion won, a Thursday bourse filing showed.

Additionally, it will acquire 50,000 shares in &SOUL from Better Ground Investment Fund No. 2 for around 1.39 billion won, while also subscribing for an additional 40,500 new shares issued by the target for 1.61 billion won.

Following completion, KSR will hold 30.98% of &SOUL's enlarged issued share capital.

i-Aurora engages mainly in the provision of prepaid card electronic payment, membership and K-POP related services, while &SOUL engages in the sale and distribution of K-POP merchandise, merchandise development, and offline retail and event operation.
