Silkwave (HKG:0471) entered into an MoU with Altura UAV for cooperation in the R&D, manufacturing, application, and market expansion of industrial-grade drones.
Thailand-incorporated Altura is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and services of industrial-grade drone systems, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
The parties are yet to enter into a formal agreement regarding the collaboration, the media and transmission business said.
