Jufeel: Ms. Chan Laam Chi Steps Down, Ms. Lin Yingjun Appointed as Independent Director; Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees Reconstituted

Jufeel International Holdings Limited (08611.HK, “Jufeel”) has announced a board reshuffle effective 3 September 2026.

Resignation of Ms. Chan Laam Chi • Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Ms. Chan Laam Chi resigned to focus on other professional commitments. • Ms. Chan confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention. • Her departure also ends her roles on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Appointment of Ms. Lin Yingjun as INED • The Board appointed Ms. Lin Yingjun, aged 37, as an INED and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees, effective the same date. • Ms. Lin brings more than 15 years of finance and audit experience. Career highlights: – Senior Manager, Shenzhen Yajinfengtai Consulting Management Co., Ltd. (2020–present) – financial compliance and IPO advisory. – Project Manager, Liananda Certified Public Accountants LLP, Shenzhen branch (2018–2020) – led audits for listed and state-owned enterprises. – Finance Manager, Hong Kong Senyuanhang International Limited (2010–2018) – full-scope financial management. • She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Shenzhen University. • Service agreement: three-year term from 3 September 2026 with an annual director’s fee of HK$0.12 million, terminable on one-month written notice. • Jufeel confirms Ms. Lin meets all independence criteria under GEM Listing Rule 5.09 and has no shareholding, related-party connections, or required disclosures under Rules 17.50(2)(h)–(v).

Revised Board and Committee Structure Following the changes, Jufeel’s Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Zhang Rongxuan (Chairman), Lyu Xingjian • Non-Executive Director: Chong Yee Ping • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Yuen Chun Fai, Sham Che Wai, Lin Yingjun

Ms. Lin now serves on all three key governance bodies—Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees—replacing Ms. Chan’s previous positions.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan’s contributions and formally welcomed Ms. Lin. The announcement will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the company’s website for at least seven days from 3 September 2026.
