Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited (01456) has announced that its board of directors convened the tenth meeting of the sixth board on October 8, 2026, during which it approved the proposal to nominate Mr. Wang Jinling as a candidate for executive director of the company's sixth board of directors, as well as the proposal to nominate Ms. Jiang Jie as a candidate for non-executive director of the company's sixth board of directors. Both nominations will be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for election.

The terms of Mr. Wang and Ms. Jiang will commence from the date the shareholders' meeting approves their appointments and will continue until the expiration of the sixth board of directors' term.
