On October 5, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 12.98 million shares of BABA-W (09988) via the off-exchange expiry/cancellation of equity derivatives at an average of HKD 105.1254 per share, involving about HKD 1.36 billion. This was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in BABA-W was 1.20 billion shares, representing 6.05%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 1.19 billion shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.98%.
