TONGRENTANGCM Secures Hong Kong Registration for “Dingzhi Wan”, Broadening Chinese-Medicine Portfolio

Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited (TONGRENTANGCM) has obtained a Certificate of Registration of Proprietary Chinese Medicine from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong, authorising the sale of “Dingzhi Wan【Tong Ren Tang】” (registration number: HKC-18863) in the Hong Kong market until 29 September 2031.

The traditional Chinese medicine is indicated for supplementing qi, nourishing the heart, and calming the mind, targeting conditions such as heart-qi instability and related symptoms of restlessness, forgetfulness, and vertigo.

TONGRENTANGCM has invested approximately HK$0.80 million to date in the product’s research and development. Commercial launch has not yet commenced.

Management expects the new registration to enrich the company’s product line and support market expansion in Hong Kong. No material impact on current operations or financial performance is anticipated. The company notes that future sales may be influenced by regulatory changes, currency movements, and competitive dynamics in the Hong Kong market.
