AI Energy Engineering Publishes Prospectus for 2-for-5 Non-Underwritten Rights Issue

On 17 September 2026, AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited (formerly Kingland Group Holdings Limited) released the prospectus for its proposed rights issue. Eligible shareholders recorded on the specified record date will be offered two rights shares for every five existing shares held. The transaction will proceed on a non-underwritten basis.

Both the English and Chinese versions of the prospectus and accompanying corporate communication are now accessible on the company’s website (www.aienergy.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties in receiving e-mail notifications or accessing the online documents can request printed copies free of charge. A completed request form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by e-mail (1751-ecom@vistra.com). The registrar’s enquiry hotline is +852 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide their e-mail addresses to these intermediaries to receive future corporate communications electronically.
