JUFEEL Announces Board Change with New Independent Director Appointment

JUFEEL (08611) has announced a change to its board composition. Ms. Chan Lan Chi has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director, effective September 3, 2026, to dedicate more time to her other professional commitments.
Concurrent with her departure, Ms. Lam Ying Kwan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director effective the same date. Ms. Lam will also assume membership roles on the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, filling the vacancies created by Ms. Chan's resignation.
