Lerado Financial: September 2026 Filing Shows Stable Capital Base and Full Public Float Compliance

Lerado Financial Group Company Limited submitted its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at 500.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 5.00 billion.

Issued share capital was steady at 230.32 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. Lerado Financial confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.

No share options were outstanding or exercised under the share option scheme adopted on 29 June 2022, and there were no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments in issue. Consequently, the company raised no funds from equity activities during the month.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Man Yun Wah, included the standard confirmation that all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements have been fully observed.
