UBS Group AG crossed the 5% threshold in CATL (03750) on October 2, 2026, by acquiring interests under a prime brokerage agreement, borrowing shares under a securities lending agreement, and becoming holder of equity derivatives with an obligation to take the underlying shares. This is not a direct on-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, UBS's long position was 10.90 million shares, representing 4.99%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 10.97 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.02%.
