On October 5, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 4.36 million shares of Harbin Electric (01133) (H shares) off-exchange, with the consideration being non-cash assets. The transaction was an off-exchange trade, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
