Anhui Expressway Appoints Pan Ping as Independent Non-Executive Director

Anhui Expressway (00995) has announced that Mr. Pan Ping has been appointed as a new independent non-executive director of the tenth board of directors, with his term of office commencing from the date of his election, namely the date of the extraordinary general meeting, until the expiration of the term of the current board members.

On the same day and following the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting, the board convened the thirty-first meeting of the tenth board of directors, at which Mr. Pan Ping was appointed as the chairman of the human resources and remuneration committee, a member of the strategic development and investment committee, and a member of the audit committee, with his term of office commencing from the date of his election until the expiration of the term of the current board members.

As Mr. Pan Ping was elected as a new independent non-executive director at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Zhang Jianping resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the human resources and remuneration committee, member of the strategic development and investment committee, and member of the audit committee, effective upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting.
