Kumpulan Wang Persaraan reduces indirect stake in Top Glove

Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced on Oct, 09 2026 that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed 454,500 ordinary shares in an open–market transaction on Oct, 08 2026.
Following the sale, KWAP’s indirect holding in Top Glove stands at 48.09 million shares, or 0.6% of the company’s issued share capital, while its direct stake remains at 442.70 million shares, or 5.521%. KWAP’s combined direct and indirect interests total 490.79 million shares after the transaction.
