Jinzhai County People's Government Forest Fire Prevention and Prohibition Order
To effectively strengthen outdoor fire source control, effectively prevent and contain forest fires, and protect forest resources along with the safety of people's lives and property, in accordance with the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China, the Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Regulations, the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, and other laws and regulations, the county government has decided to issue a forest fire prevention and prohibition order.
1. Fire prohibition period: October 1, 2026 to May 10, 2027.
2. Fire prohibition zones: (1) Forest fire prevention areas: all forest land, urban landscape belts, patch forests, and areas within a horizontal distance of 200 meters from the edge of the above forest land; (2) High fire risk areas: Anhui Tianma National Nature Reserve, Yanzihe Town, Changling Township, Wujiadian Town, Shahe Township, Guanmiao Township, Nanxi Town, Tangjiahui Town, and Meishan Town.
3. During the fire prohibition period, all units and individuals entering fire prohibition areas must strictly comply with the following provisions: (1) Smoking, open-air cooking and barbecuing, lighting fires for warmth, lighting fires for illumination, burning fires to drive away bees or animals, and releasing sky lanterns are strictly prohibited; (2) Burning field ridges (banks), straw, weeds, dead branches and leaves, and other combustible materials, as well as burning grass for fertilizer, are strictly prohibited; (3) Burning incense, paper money, sending open-flame lanterns, and setting off fireworks and firecrackers during tomb-sweeping and memorial activities are strictly prohibited; (4) Illegally setting up electric traps for hunting is strictly prohibited; (5) Without approval, unauthorized charcoal burning, slash-and-burn, planned burning, and other productive fire use are strictly prohibited; (6) Carrying, using, or transporting fire sources and flammable, explosive, and other dangerous items is strictly prohibited; (7) When persons with no or limited civil capacity enter forest areas, guardians shall take supervisory measures and fulfill management and protection responsibilities; (8) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. Operating units and individuals of forests, forest trees, forest land, and grassland shall bear forest fire prevention responsibilities within their operating scope, equip fire extinguishing equipment, set up forest fire prevention warning and publicity signs, and conduct forest fire prevention publicity for persons entering their operating scope.
5. Residents' domestic fire use in fire prevention areas, as well as various motor vehicles and mechanical equipment entering fire prevention areas, must implement relevant fire prevention measures as required.
6. No person may discard fire sources in fire prevention areas, and no unit or individual may damage or occupy forest fire prevention facilities and equipment.
7. Forest fire alarm telephone numbers: 2702911 (County Forestry Bureau), 7061958 (County Emergency Management Bureau), or 110.
8. Units and individuals violating this prohibition order shall be given corresponding administrative penalties by relevant functional departments in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, the Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Regulations, the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, and other regulations; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued according to law. Those who are public officials shall be given administrative sanctions by relevant departments as required.
Huoshan County Issues Fire Prohibition Order
To effectively prevent and control the occurrence of forest fires and ensure the safety of people's lives and property as well as social harmony and stability, in accordance with the State Council's Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Regulations and the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, the following prohibition order is hereby issued:
1. Fire prohibition time: September 20, 2026 to May 10, 2027.
2. Fire prohibition area: all forest land in the county and areas within a horizontal distance of 50 meters from the edge of forest land.
3. Prohibited fire behaviors: (1) Carrying fire sources into forest areas (land) without permission is strictly prohibited; (2) Burning paper, incense, and candles, setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and releasing sky lanterns during memorial activities are strictly prohibited; (3) Burning ash for fertilizer, burning field banks, burning straw, and slash-and-burn without permission are strictly prohibited; (4) Randomly dumping stove ashes and carelessly throwing cigarette butts are strictly prohibited; (5) Open flames for warmth, lighting, and open-air cooking in the wild are strictly prohibited; (6) Privately setting up electrical grids and using fire to drive away animals are strictly prohibited; (7) Other outdoor fire use and activities likely to cause forest fires are strictly prohibited.
4. Forest and forest land operating (management and protection) units and individuals shall bear forest fire prevention responsibilities within their operating (management and protection) scope.
5. During the fire prohibition period, anyone who openly burns mountains with fire shall be detained according to law.

Lu'an City Jin'an District People's Government Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Prohibition Order
To effectively strengthen outdoor fire source control, effectively prevent and contain forest and grassland fires, and protect forest resources along with the safety of people's lives and property, in accordance with the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China, the Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Regulations, the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, and other laws and regulations, the Jin'an District People's Government has decided to issue a forest and grassland fire prevention and prohibition order.
1. Fire prohibition time: October 1, 2026 to May 10, 2027.
2. Fire prohibition areas: 1. All forest land in the district and areas within 50 meters from the edge of forest land. 2. High fire risk areas: Maotanchang Town, Donghekou Town, Zhangdian Town, Hengtanggang Township, Yanshan State-owned Forest Farm, nature reserves, scenic areas, forest areas, high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage line areas, and other key fire prevention areas (units) where illegal outdoor fire use is strictly prohibited throughout the year.
3. Prohibited fire behaviors: 1. Carrying fire sources into forest areas without permission is strictly prohibited; 2. Using fire in areas along high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage line corridors is strictly prohibited; 3. Burning incense, paper money, candles, and long-burning lamps, and setting off fireworks and firecrackers during tomb-sweeping and memorial activities are strictly prohibited; 4. Without approval, engaging in land burning, burning ash for fertilizer, burning field ridges, slash-and-burn, and other productive fire use is strictly prohibited; 5. Various vehicles that have not installed fire prevention devices and equipped fire extinguishing equipment as required are strictly prohibited from entering forest areas; 6. Smoking, discarding cigarette butts and fire sources, lighting fires for warmth and illumination, and open-air cooking and barbecuing in forest areas are strictly prohibited; 7. Other outdoor fire use and activities likely to cause forest fires are strictly prohibited.
4. Forest, forest tree, and forest land operating (management and protection) units and individuals shall bear forest fire prevention responsibilities within their operating scope, equip fire extinguishing equipment, set up forest fire prevention warning and publicity signs, and conduct forest fire prevention publicity for persons entering their operating scope.
5. Those engaging in blasting, surveying, mining, and engineering facility construction in fire prohibition areas shall perform approval procedures and, in accordance with forest fire prevention requirements, set up forest fire prevention facilities and equip forest fire prevention equipment.

Lu'an City Yu'an District People's Government Forest Fire Prevention and Prohibition Order
To effectively prevent and control the occurrence of forest fires, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and protect forest resources, in accordance with the provisions of the State Council's Forest Fire Prevention Regulations and the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, the following prohibition order is hereby issued.
1. Fire prohibition time: October 1, 2026 to May 10, 2027.
2. Fire prohibition areas: 1. All forest land in the district and areas within a horizontal distance of 100 meters from the edge of forest land; 2. Within the district, areas within 100 meters outside the outer conductor of dense high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transmission corridors are designated as key fire prevention areas, where illegal outdoor fire use is strictly prohibited throughout the year.
3. Prohibited fire behaviors: 1. Carrying fire sources into forest areas without permission is strictly prohibited; 2. Using fire in areas along high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage line corridors is strictly prohibited; 3. Burning incense, paper money, candles, and long-burning lamps, and setting off fireworks and firecrackers during tomb-sweeping and memorial activities are strictly prohibited; 4. Without approval, engaging in land burning, burning ash for fertilizer, burning field ridges, slash-and-burn, and other productive fire use is strictly prohibited; 5. Various vehicles that have not installed fire prevention devices and equipped fire extinguishing equipment as required are strictly prohibited from entering forest areas; 6. Smoking, discarding cigarette butts and fire sources, lighting fires for warmth and illumination, and open-air cooking and barbecuing in forest areas are strictly prohibited; 7. Allowing the elderly, young, weak, sick, and disabled to participate in firefighting and emergency rescue is strictly prohibited; 8. Other outdoor fire use and activities likely to cause forest fires are strictly prohibited.
4. Forest, forest tree, and forest land operating (management and protection) units and individuals shall bear forest fire prevention responsibilities within their operating scope, equip fire extinguishing equipment, and conduct fire prevention publicity for outsiders; forest fire prevention shall implement a 24-hour duty system and a leadership shift system; forest fire alarm telephone numbers: 5300119 and 12119.
5. No unit or individual may damage or occupy forest fire prevention facilities and equipment.
6. Those violating this fire prohibition order shall be given corresponding administrative penalties by relevant functional departments in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, the Forest Fire Prevention Regulations, the Anhui Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Measures, and other regulations; if the circumstances are serious and a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued according to law.
