(ASX: 001236) has issued an announcement stating that as of the date of this announcement, Soho Holly Corporation (ASX: 600128), a person acting in concert with the company's controlling shareholder Jiangsu Soho Holding Group Co., Ltd., holds 144.4 million A shares of the company, representing approximately 14.33% of the company's total share capital.

Soho Holly Corporation plans to reduce its holdings of the company's A shares by no more than 4.4 million shares (representing approximately 0.44% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months starting from fifteen trading days after the date of this announcement (the "Share Reduction Plan").

The implementation of the Share Reduction Plan will not result in a change in the company's control.
